Organize and coordinate the Piping and Instrumentation
Diagrams Management Group to guarantee the development of the P&ID
engineering activities in the various Projects, in compliance with the
technological and safety requirements and in accordance with the contractual
technical standards.
Manages the pertaining activities within one or more
projects, in compliance with the assigned budget and the project schedule. Collaborate
with the Project Engineering Manager referring to the competence part during
the Project development.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
- Coordinates the P&ID Group
activities ensuring its adequacy to the Projects requirements, verifying that
its organization is adequate to the requests of the Company.
- Guarantees the services of the P&ID
Group to the projects in terms of allocation of adequate resources, verifying
the quality, the costs, and the respect of schedule.
- Keeps abreast of technological
developments pertaining to the Group.
- For the assigned project, she/he is
responsible for the P&IDs activities in terms of schedule, budget man hours
and quality.
- Generate the Project Legend
P&IDs and P&IDs Guideline, with the scope of harmonizing the contents
and improving the documents legibility and clarity.
- Monitors the completeness and
congruity of the technical contents of the P&ID with respect of what
elaborated by the various P&IDs Owner.
- Ensures a correct execution of the
commenting cycles, interfacing with P&IDs Contributor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a
similar role and in a similar business.
- Technical skills in primary P&ID
drafting software
- Technical/Engineering Certificate is
required.
- Fluent English.
- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills
