Key Activities & Responsibilities:

The Civil & Structural Design Engineer will cooperate with the Civil Discipline Leader and the Group Leader in all the civil and structural related issues.

In particular the main activities and duties will be:

• to perform pre-design of steel and reinforced concrete structures for the scope of bidding activities;
• to coordinate structural detail design as well as to perform part of it according to the directives given by the Discipline Leader;
• to assess design (calculations and drawings) performed by other professionals or engineering centers to evaluate their correctness and explore optimization possibilities;
• to prepare technical documents and manuals such as company standards, procedures and work instructions.

Personal attributes:

• Master’s degree in structural engineering is preferred;
• minimum 3 years of experience in structural design of industrial engineering items, preferably in companies of petrochemical, oil & gas, power;
• team Working and a good attitude to take up leadership and assume responsibilities;
• Kkowledge of technical software like StaadPro, Sap2000, Tekla, Mathcad;
• fluent English speaker and writer is a must, Italian is a plus.
• availability to travel for short periods.
