MISSION
Within the frame of the executive projects, to support and assists the Subcontract Administration Manager on all contractual and legal aspects. This includes support on:
a) management of critical subcontractor's correspondence
b) drafting and negotiation of subcontract amendments
c) internal advise and opinion on contract strategy
d) drafting and rebuttal of Construction Subcontractor's claims.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Under the guidance of Subcontract Administration Manager and of Subcontract Administration Management Head of Department the Subcontract Administration Legal Specialist has the following main duties and tasks:
- to ensure assistance to the Subcontract Administration Manager in the management of the critical subcontractor correspondence, particularly with those concerned with contractual and legal aspects,
- to ensure assistance to the Subcontract Administration Manager in respect of advises, opinions, amendments drafting negotiations, and all necessary support for contractual and legal aspect of claims, extra work requests against Construction Subcontractors,
- to support and participate in the negotiations with the Construction Subcontractors
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
- Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree on Law or Legal disciplines
- Availability to be temporary relocated abroad.
- Fluent English speaker. The knowledge of the language will be tested over the interview.
- Excellent communication and management skills, possess a high level of organizational ability.
- Ability to work in a commercial manner and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
