To ensure cost
control within a project, under the Supervision of the Project Control Manager,
in compliance with quality requirements and Project Execution Plan following
Company standard methodology, coordinating the Cost Control Group mobilized in
all Operating Centers.
Key Activities
& Responsibilities:
- to assist the Project Control Manager during the “Transfer
Meeting” endorsing all Backup documentation prepared during the bidding
phase in order to develop the Original Budget
- to establish the Cost Control System with Corporate tool as
per C.B.S. and the Project Cash-flow providing to Project Finance all data
for the setup of Project Derivatives
- to develop the Invoicing Procedure in accordance with the
contractual request with relevant “Invoicing Register”
- to assist the Project Control Manager and Project Team during
the assessment of the “Estimate to Complete” for all Project Phases
- to support the Contract Manager in evaluating cost impact
connected with both internal and external changes
- To prepare and update the Contractual Revenues Matrix in case
of Project financed by external entities like Sace or other State or
Private Bank`
- to establish and maintain all Cost Control Documents and
“Periodical Reports”
- To guarantee proper interface with Company Financial and
Control Department
- to have a proactive approach as part of the project team
oriented to the fulfillment of the Project and Company objectives
Personal
Attributes:
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- fluent English speaker and writer
- able to work with minimum supervision
- numerate and computer literate (Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
- Management Engineering or Economics Degree
- 7-10 years experience in a similar position
