Job summary/Role description

The Change Agent will play a key role in ensuring that the projects meet the objectives on time and within the assigned budget by promoting and fostering the adoption of the change by the employees.

He/She will focus on the “people” side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures, implementing change management strategies and plans that support the most extensive adoption by the employees and ease any possible challenge to the change.

The Change Agent is also expected to drive and coordinate team activities for digital initiatives’ implementation in the Digital Transformation process that the company is undergoing. The successful candidate will have the chance to support the leaders of different business departments over the development activities, as well as the Portfolio Management in redefining the roadmap of priorities while gauging the impact of the initiatives.



Duties and responsibilities

The Change Agent shall:

  • Support the preparation of the business cases of new or high priority initiatives;
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead the change management activities;
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams during the development of new initiatives (both in Agile and Waterfall), keeping track and policing that deadlines, priorities and milestones are properly met;
  • Support the collaboration among teams (e.g. business functions, IT, technical profiles, etc.) and drive the commitment of team members to meet the defined milestones;
  • Work with Functional experts in order to successfully achieve the adoption of the defined plans at their completion. He/she will also work with key stakeholders to guarantee that company standards are met in their deployment;
  • Steer the definition and implementation of project standardsover the adoption of the plans;
  • Monitor the progress of the initiatives and gauge their impact;
  • Regularly update Portfolio Management on the progress of initiatives and their economic impacts;
  • Identify, analyze and detail risk mitigation measures;
  • Support Portfolio Management in drafting updated presentations for relevant stakeholders with the help of the teams involved in the development of the initiatives.



Person Specification

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • PhD or Master’s Degree in Management and Business Administration or Industrial Engineering;
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology or Scrum Master certification.


  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management or Management Consulting;
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools;
  • Previous experience in Digital Transformation or EPC industry.
