The Digital Transformation Services Analyst will support the Digital Transformation Services Head of Department (HoD) in its everyday activities.

The successful candidate is expected to support and coordinate specific development phases for the digital products to be sold to existing or new potential clients.

Moreover the candidate shall be able on managing ITB requirements concerning digitalization services/products to specify and quote, as part of the proposal team, the digital suite that better meets plant owner expectations and needs.

Additionally the ideal candidate shall be able to envision how digital transformation can facilitate the transformation of conventional business models to future industry needs across different market’s segments.





Key Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze how the digital transformation can facilitate the transformation of conventional business models within different market segments;
  • Participate to the presentation of the digital portfolio to the new clients supporting the Sales team;
  • Participate to the definition of the requirements provided by the team, of the budget for product development and deployment, according to Business inputs;
  • Based on the ITB concerning digital services/products, take part in the quotation of the digital suite that better meets the client requirements;
  • Perform the new digital product’s framing with regard to the business case definition and cost/price estimation in collaboration with the other Group Functions involved, to be previously shared with the HoD;
  • Participate to new digital product’s Proof of Concept, deployment, handover to client and related maintenance;
  • Update, under the supervision of the HoD, the digital portfolio according to the Sales team’s indication and clients’ needs.





Personal Attributes:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Fluent English speaker and writer;
  • Good standing, credibility and leadership attitude;
  • Exceptional time management and task prioritization skills, as well as persistent attitude to achieve targets, even under pressure and undefined scenarios;
  • Analytical and practical mindset and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to interact with technological partners and clients;
  • Ability to negotiate with the right contractual frame;
  • Preferred previous experience in Consulting group (2+ years) or in Digital Transformation Projects for EPC industry (2+ years);
  • The position is based in Milan. Possible trips for meeting clients and to attend symposiums or similar initiative to promote the digitalization services.
