Mission
The Construction Proposal & Estimating Junior Engineer is assigned to the proposals to assist in preparation of deliverable, in accordance with the quality requirements and in compliance with the schedule, under the supervision of the Construction Estimating & Proposal Group Leader
Main Activities & Responsibilities
Assist in the issue of final construction cost estimate;
Key Activities & Responsabilities
- To assist in the preparation of cost estimating relevant to subcontract costs, Site management and supervision activities, temporary facilities and field running costs, in compliance with Proposal requirements;
- Analyzes tender requirements and collect engineering bill of quantities;
- Cooperate with construction department in definition of construction strategy and constructability methodologies that could have cost impact;
- To assist in preparation of standard and local construction man-hours estimate and bid tabulation;
- Participate in Construction Bid Review with potential bidders;
- Participate, as needed, in meetings with Clients and Subcontractors;
Educational Background
- Master's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Management Engineering or related fields
- Excellent communication skills

- Willing to travel/ relocate for work
