MISSION

Layout & Piping Stress Analysis & Support Engineer executes the assigned activities following the instructions given by the Layout & Piping Stress Analysis & Support Group Leader and in accordance with the Engineering Practices and Quality Standards in force within the team, job requirements, time schedule and cost requirements.

Key activities and responsibilities

• To keep the Layout & Piping Stress Analysis & Support Group Leader fully informed on the status of his/her activities;
• To ensure adequate flow of information within the job team;
• To prepare, under the supervision and following the instructions of the Layout & Piping Stress Analysis & Support Group Leader and in accordance with the applicable work instructions, stress calculation, supports design, material requisitions, technical evaluation of the bids proper of his specialty;
• To check the pipe supports marked up on piping construction drawings of non critical lines by the Design & Drafting Group;
• To file drawings and documents according to the instructions of the Layout & Piping Stress Analysis & Support Group Leader.

This position can be filled by a Senior Engineer having a higher independence in performing the job
