Job Post:    HR COORDINATOR -Donges – KT Branch France

Main accountabilities:

 

 

 

 

 

  •  Visa Process Management: She/he ensures that the visas or other permissive documents are obtained in accordance with the Company needs and in compliance with the law. Generates and updates a reporting system in order to ensure that all the various actors involved are properly and timely informed about the status of the immigration process.

 

  • Logistics: She/he supervises and ensures that the logistic activities such as organization of travels for the employees, assistance for departures and arrivals, local transportation, etc. are done in compliance with the Company rules.

 

  • HR Management: She/he ensures that the management of the Human Resources is performed in compliance with the Company standards and policies in full respect of the France labor and tax law. Posting Declaration, Company’s and employee’s Registrations to Local Authorities.

 

  • HR Administration: She/he manages the relation with the external payroll provider, ensuring that the calculation of the salaries and payments are done in a correct and timely manner. Ensures that the administration of personnel is performed in compliance with the France law.

 

  • HR Reporting: Ensures that the HR systems are properly and timely populated and provides regular and ad-hoc reports for the headquarter and the site needs.

 

  • HR Recruitment/Termination process: Screening CV, Management Local hiring, coordinate hiring through Employment Local Company;  manage resignation/dismissals/renewal.

 

This role will be part of HR (HUMAN RESOURCES) Department and will report to HR HQ based in Rome

 

 

 PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree on relevant disciplines. Specialization Master on HR Issues would be considered a plus.
  • Relevant work Experience: at least 3-5 years of experience in the HR field preferably in a multi-national environment in staffing position. Both home office and abroad experience suits the ideal candidate.
  • Fluent  French and English speaker. Italian language is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and management skills, possess a high level of organizational ability.
  • Develop troubleshooting, problem solving, and creative/innovative thought processing skills.
  • Strong administrative skills and familiarity with office formats and procedures, including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.
  • Ability adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • To be able to manage high level of complexity and be adapt to quick scenario changes
  •  Availability to be relocated abroad would be a plus.
