PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Selection and  Development  of suitable recruiting channels to publish Job announcements
  • CVs screening
  • Schedule Interviews with candidates
  • Assign through HRP web system candidates on the open PIR positions for Planner’s proposal to Technical Departments
  • Maintain up-to-date information in the recruiting database regarding both the employee and the client
  • Negotiate salary conditions and employment contract drafts with candidates
  • Follow up any background checks required prior to employment
  • Initiate new hire paperwork process for prospective employees, and initiate all necessary and/or client immigration documentation which meets both company and country requirements
  • Assist employee upon his HR queries during his service life in the company
  • Data entry in company’s Web based tools
  • Work with Payroll Dept to resolve timesheet and expense report issues
  • Coordinating the office administrative activities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Knowledge of Employment and Labor country Laws
  • Excellent communication and management skills, possess a high level of organizational ability
  • Develop troubleshooting, problem solving, and creative/innovative thought processing skills
  • Strong administrative skills and familiarity with office formats and procedures, including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
  • Ability to work in a commercial manner and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Good team work attitude
  • Availability to travel

 QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
  • Relevant work Experience: master’s degree in Human Resources Management and/or 3 years experience in the HR field preferably in a multi-national environment in staffing position
  • Fluent English speaker
