He reports to the Construction Contract Manager/Engineer.
He is responsible for entering, in the specific Data Base, the works performed by Subcontractors
and for detecting, both before and after, any deviation from budget values

His main responsibilities are:

· To prepare the Subcontractor’s accounts in
accordance with the subcontract;
· To check that the accounts prepared by the
Subcontractor are in line with contractual clauses,
with Project documents and have been approved
by the Discipline Supervisors;
· To verify and check that all accounting documents
have been duly approved and are accompanied
where necessary by explanatory drawings and
sketches;
· To collect estimated quantities to completion and
prepare the cost control tabulations.

His position will be based in Brazil.
