Mission

He supports the Commissioning manager in operating the facility in stable and safe condition as per project requirements.

He ensures at site the implementation of the procedures.

He operates in compliance with the quality requirements, health/environmental/safety regulations and following the stated procedures.

He will act as Commissioning Manager when the Commissioning Manager is on leave and/or on business assignment.

Hierarchical position

He reports to the Commissioning Manager.

He is assigned to the Project by AVIMP Head of Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Define the detailed procedures with the supervisors;

·         Define the daily activities and develop the day by day planning following the priorities indicated by the commissioning manager

·         Assign the tasks to the supervisors/assistants;

·         Ensure that operation activities in field are carried out according to stated procedures and agreed schedule.

·         Interface with maintenance team and direct the maintenance jobs according to the production priorities.

·         Ensure that operation activities in field are carried out according to quality standards and safety procedures, including adherence to work permit requirements.

Can be the authorized person designated by the site manager to receive or issue a Permit To Work according to the project Permit To Work Procedure

The position will be based in Cile.
